Russia's Particle Physics Powerhouse

Founded on 24 December 1970, the Institute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INR RAS) is a large centre for particle physics in Moscow with wide participation in international projects. The INR RAS conducts work on cosmology, neutrino physics, astrophysics, high-energy physics, accelerator physics and technology, neutron research and nuclear medicine.
